Well, I can tell you the first 50 minutes (that’s how far in I am) all I’ve seen is some abled body young Australian guys living off the generosity of others. Accepting money and food and accommodations and overall generosity from folks when they really weren’t in need. Honestly it’s tiring and shameful. Personally I ain’t in the habit of accepting so much if not in need. These guys came to the USA to follow the journeys of desperate souls that left OK and TX during the dust bowl and journeyed west to CA seeking work. Folks who believed in fending for themselves and not being so dependent on others. These guys were like bums. in the movie they never came close to the desperation of a proud man, married with kids looking to keep his family together and alive and fed, fending of starvation and feeling the pains of hunger and thirst. Or the mother trying to keep her children healthy and alive. Sorry, but this is how I see it. Have a nice trip back to Australia.
