The book is easy and quick to read. I like the two timeline narration, however I feel like the author repeats herself a lot to just bulk out the book. Some language used is cringy and the plot could have been developed so much more. I enjoyed the twist at the end but it felt rushed and not explored to its full potential. Let’s just say I couldn’t wait to finish the book as it’s not one of the best ones I’ve read. Also claiming to be a psychological thriller… more of a slow burning diary entries of a young girl with childhood traumas.
