This movie surprised me. It wasn't your average hack n' slash big action movie. It was an intense political thriller with beautiful visuals. The acting felt natural and real. The two main characters and their character arcs are done beautifully and, unlike many other films nowadays, you feel something. It's not all about comedic wisecracks or misplaced jokes. It is about how people react to learning that your entire life, your passion, and your reason to live is a lie. It is a political thriller in which we look at our society and how it is so easy to choose to burn everything to the ground and so hard to have hope in a world where we have promoted evil Superman-type characters and a dark and gloomy Optimus Prime. In this film, we see a hopeful Optimus Prime that is so refreshing. Honestly just go see this film and love it just like I did
