I haven’t lost a pet but found one. We found a stray dog who was microchipped. The woman who was the owner admitted to dumping the dog on the highway and we decided to keep her. I’ve been attempting to transfer our dog’s microchip to my name and address for 2 months. I can’t get anyone who knows what to do on the phone and no one will help me through messaging. I finally got word that the chip transfer has gone through this morning but the $25 we paid isn’t showing and they want me to pay again. This has been such a pain. I’m glad she’s chipped but won’t get HomeAgain for my next pet if I can help it. 10/10 for frustration and awful customer support.
