It is a greatly written and superbly acted show. It's natural, easy, heartfelt enjoyment. They all come together to create magic. Peter Dager and Mariana Treviño do an amazing job! I understand the mixed reviews but I believe they're missing the point of the whole show. Owen Wilson is OwenWilson... is that effortless and deep energy while still staying on the surface.

Heartfelt depiction of the complicated yet beyond strong bond between a son and his father. The scene in the bar between Ray (Tommy Lee Jones) and his ex-wife shows the unspoken love and appreciation between them. Finestkind. ...Didn't get the recognition and praise this movie, its writers and actors so rightfully deserve. The actors' connection brought the characters to life - makes you not want the movie to end. Every father and son should watch it.
