I found this movie to be interesting and instructive on so many levels. The indifference of the populace, the scheming of politicians and how easily they can be bought, the ease of spinning facts into a false narrative, and the applicability to many of the problems we are facing today as a society. As a lifelong resident of the Midwest (Michigan, in fact), I also appreciated the storyline that only people on the coasts from Ivy League schools were worth listening to. How could people from the Midwest really know anything? Message not lost on me.
