This series was just brilliant. It was smart, suspenseful, intriguing, and really sucked me in. The cast, music, sets, costumes, effects, etc. were all top notch. This is definitely a series that I will watch multiple times.
Edited to add: I was surprised to see so many 1 star reviews and, after reading some, it seems that most of them had a huge problem with a any portrayal of a character being LGBTQ+ and that most (if not all) didn’t watch the whole series and were complaining that the plot was inconsistent or badly written but were complaining with apparently no knowledge about things that are explained/revealed later in the series.
There were also a lot of complaints about Agatha being unlikable: yes, she’s a truly awful person. She’s not a hero, she’s a *villain*. Like with a capital V. She doesn’t ever even seriously pretend to be a good person and seems flustered and embarrassed by the VERY rare instances when she gets caught acting even remotely altruistically. So, yeah, she’s a bad guy and it’s okay to hate her. This series isn’t to get you to like her, it’s to understand her and better understand things that have happened and will happen in the Marvel Universe. This series isn’t just about her. Keep watching until the end, I think it’s worth the journey.
