Non-spoiler review: All 90s references are contrived and trivial. See: "How Millennials think the 90s were like". Could have been set in the 80s, no difference at all. Even the soundtrack feels forced. The first 90 minutes hauled ass. Almost took a nap even though I was patiently waiting for Easter Eggs all throughout the movie. No character development whatsoever, even if the source material is rich and diverse. Every, as in all of the hero's problems were conveniently resolved. Trapped on Earth, don't worry, I can make a galactic phone with a 90s Radioshack. Another thing, Brie Larson was making a fist the whole movie. Just an overall bad filler Marvel movie. Not worth the money I paid for the ticket. Should have saved it for extra popcorn for Endgame or Shazam. I'll say it out loud.
Captain Marvel is the Green Lantern of the MCU.
