*potential spoilers* The game gets a lot of hate (mostly due to the leaks) and people constantly spoiling the game for others on purpose. I believe if there weren’t leaks the impact and story would have...ahem...hit people differently. The gameplay was great, not much different from the first game But overall smooth. You run, hide and fight. You’re a survivor. It’s a survival game, go figure. There are some “jumping the shark” moments, yes. But it doesn’t draw you away from the impact of the story overall. There is a lot of build up, build up, build up BAM. The devs stated it perfectly. The game is about revenge. Even if it’s at a different perspective. You’re FORCED to play as a character you don’t sympathize with and that’s what gives it a greater impact. The ending was beautiful and tragic. It was honestly a fitting end. A girl who has PTS, lost everything, her talents and has only herself to blame. This is just my opinion, obviously. Bravo on a phenomenal game naughty dog.
