A nice piece of cinema work Jim Carrey and Sega have brought to our eyes. Shadow's past brings the entire story together and keeps the whole theme intertwined, with how I felt as a child, of course. But however, a couple of key elements were not seen since not everything is perfect because of the setting and the overlooked comedic timing, didn't fit for my liking, amongst the dancing, unnecessary jokes, and foolishness of eggman and robotnik (since no one seems to follow along in the franchise correctly and give us clear recognition in how the original stories of sonic use to play out). I'm happy with the slight action and Shadow's grit showing epic face emotions, which played well in the first minutes being introduced to the team of our colorful heroes. None the less, still going to watch again when it streams and going to be just as happy. For anyone who goes to the theaters though, be sure to stay for the credits for a surprise, someone really special.
