I’ll be brief. This series started off as a first rate offering. Bach is the glue that holds it together. She’s serious, a first rate actor and more believable than our narcissistic “star”. Balthazar’s behavior eventually becomes progressively unhinged, boorish and a bit unreal. His “relationship” with his dead wife, fiancé, girlfriend (?) also becomes more annoying as the series wears on. Good acting but a bit toooo “French” as it were. I’ll opt for more real world scenarios, constant, nail-biting tension, and and less disjunct storylines. (See “Happy Valley”👍🏼👍🏼)
