Worth a watch, especially the part in the past- seems realistic to the core. The movie ends with a satisfactory note; it ventures beyond the cliché bollywood historical romance dramas- impregnating a hidden conveyance of independence of women in the field of art and literature, and the historical Jallianwala Bagh massacre. The cast is satisfactory- Anushka Sharma and Diljit Dosangh delivers reasonably competent performances which cannot said in the case of Suraj Sharma. The animation, however, is frankly hilarious and not at all satisfactory. But, at the end of the movie, it is assured that you will lift your eyes off the screen with a smile on your face.
