Anna Maggio

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to read my story. My name is Anna and I live in Rancho Palos Verdes California. My husband and I got married 17 months ago in San Pedro Ca. We have known each other for a lifetime, but just recently found ourselves back in each other’s lives. When we reconnected I was divorced, and he was a widow with two young children serving in the United States Army. He was stationed in San Pedro Ca. when we reconnected. After getting married we had the opportunity to buy my family home. Since my husband is in the Army there is always a chance that we would have to move, so making the decision to buy the house was a scary one. My husband has served our country for 19 years, with two tours to Afghanistan, and plans to retire next year. Thinking he would be retiring here in California we made the decision to by my family home in October of 2018. We moved into the house on October 17th and two weeks later he got the call the he had to relocate to Georgia. His report to duty date was November 15th. Not giving us much time to clean and move in. We made the hard decision for me to stay in California with the children, and he would go back to Georgia until he retires. With that all said, I am now currently living in a 5 bedroom home with a basement, barn, and very large backyard. The house has a lot of potential but living on my own with two kids doesn’t give me much time to work around the house. We keep the house put together, but with the current rains we have been having I have noticed a leak in my sons room. I really wish that I could do something with my backyard but I just don’t have the vision or the time right now. We would love to be on your show. Thanks again for your time. Anna Maggio
