It is easy to see how talented Margaret is. The issue I see is that she lacks compassion. Sometimes she comes across "harsh". She tends to be very interuptive when interviewing people. Plus, she makes very broad statements and generalizations that are not the "big picture".
It would be great if she would look for the "good" in what is being handled versus "the next big negative".
