This is a very sad true story. Alton carter of Stillwater OK also has a sad foster child story. He is the author of The Boy Carrying Bricks. I hope some day there will be a movie about his life. He truly has a story we should all pay attention to, as many young child do. Maybe with movies like Regina’s and maybe some day Alton’s we’ll all become more concerned & aware.
