Stellar performance, predictable twist and turn, semi nudity, double meaning dialogue ...well that you can expect from altbalaji's newest series Boss. Altbalaji has indeed tried to create an Indian version of James Bond. However, even before the ACP and the Boss unriddles the mystery , it's you who can guess the criminal, at least in a couple of cases. Now you come to know that our police department only needs some suave and debonair men who can compel the girls to go down on their knees to solve the crimes. The makers probably tried to make us believe that Karan Singh Grover is the indianised edition of Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio or Johny Depp. No offence, but is it that plain and simple that a cop would just look at the girl and the very next moment she would be ready to undress and the mystery is solved? It is a let down after the success of Apaharan from Altbalaji. And one last question, are most of the women needed to be portrayed as nymphomaniacs in the web series ? Still if you are a fan of Karan or Sagarika or you simply have nothing to do in the weekend you can watch it.
