Gotten double charges on my bank account when buying 6750VP for the Evori bundle. Submit a ticket towards riot at night on the double charges. Then in the morning, they have not replied so I took a visit to the bank. By that time both transactions went through, so the banker said to report it and help me report the double transaction. Later on the bank only refunded me only one payment. And after a few days I realised Riot took back the whole Evori bundle and refunded me the VP and Radianite Points. I was feeling very devastated and they did not refunded me properly the VP as they deducted 6750VP and then added back 9900VP(bundle price). So I have double charges on the 6750VP price but in my valorant purchase history as well when I bought that, I only receive only 6750VP and not double 6750VP, so deducted 6750VP from my account was unjustified. When I explain them the problem, they just said I should have reach out to them first and that the bank refunded me correctly. So I confused that if the bank and riot talk to each other, and came to an agreement that the bank only refund me one payment only instead of both and riot takes everything back does not make any sense. Shouldn’t anyone told me about the situation and if riot takes everything back the bank should have refunded me both transaction? If I had paid double then what about the other transaction that did not get refunded ? Where did that transaction went to? Who received money from the other transaction that did get refunded? Shouldn’t Riot receive the double transaction and they could see it in their bank statement? As in my bank statement both transaction was sent to Riot Games Services Pt and I even shown them in my bank account theres a double transaction then later I even shown then the bank statement where theres a double charge but only refunded me one only.
