Definitely not the Sister Souljah Material I’m used to. I have to say I when I came in I was expecting a continuance of the last book. Finding out who shot Winter and what would become of them. The repetitive writing, the awful freestyles and over descriptions of clothings etc. and the movie script working style, took away from the plot, the meat, the juice of what the book should have or could have been. Then it ended! No wrap up to her horrible fiends, finding out what happens to the FKR rapper, if she’ll ever change. I am completely underwhelmed and disappointed at this long read/listen. I expected soooo much more. I also recommend Souljah does not voice l Winter, for me, it took away from the story a lot. I feel I got nothing from the book but more designer clothes to look out for and the face she’s still Santiagas daughter. I hope the next one is much better and gives us what we waited for.
