The characters seem more distant than the island that they're seeking. Unengaging and boring. Feels like they were just trying to bleed more money out of the fantastic first film. Disappointing.

This is imo their greatest album with every track being strong - very listenable indie but with novel elements and clear prog influences, especially from Yes. Stand out tracks for me are Distance Past, Zero Pharoah and No Reptiles.
Everything Everything are the best band you've never heard of.

Season one was utter rubbish. Then the trailers came out for season two and it also looked like utter rubbish.. I put off watching season two and believed I'd probably never watch it. I'm so glad I decided to give it a chance because Season two is fantastic. Finally dialogue that makes you care about the characters and what's happening. If you hated season one like most true fans of the books and the LOTR Jackson Trilogy I really feel this is worth a giving a chance.
