I was very curious to learn about the street food worldwide and started watching this show. The bits where they actually focus on the street food, it's great. But 70 percent of the show is about the food vendors, how this person breaks up etc, their entire biography and other dramatic stuff about the lives of food vendors. I totally understand and respect the struggles the food vendors must've gone through to make it but the entire show being about just that takes the attention away from what the show was supposed to be about, the street food. The dramatization and the emotional music etc was a major put off. Didn't vibe with the concept of street food. I would've liked the show to be focused more on street food, it's history how stuff's made, the ingredients and the cultural influences on it etc. Had high expectations from the show. Disappointing.
