The most boring, copy and paste, generic, unremarkable, book I’ve ever read. The time I spent reading this, “book.” (It feels generous calling it that.) is time that I will never get back. On top of the cookie cutter plot and premise, the author is also a piece of garbage and blames every minority under the sun for her lack of success and not her less than mediocre writing. There are authors who are bigots and still successful, one of the biggest authors of our lifetime is a giant transphobe. So there is no excuse, you just want to be celebrated for your boring story that should have never seen the light of day.
