I was initially intrigued with the quirkiness but I consider it would not pass first year film school.
The scenes do not flow and many flaurs in continuity. Many unresolved dead bodies, some coming back to life after a shootout, characters turning up in scenes with viewer wondering how they got there.
Far too many plot elements for the viewer to keep up with. It races from one drama to another without any resolution. The show is now longer in my watch list.
