Let me begin by saying my heart goes out to both sets of parents on today's show 11/14. The story that happens again and again with children left in a hot car: couldn't some of these children been saved by the daycare calling until they reached one of the parents to confirm the child wasn't coming. I'm certainly not saying that daycares should be responsible to do that but if the parents called the place that watched their children when they weren't going to be there that day the daycare could reach out to the parent to verify they wouldn't be there that day. It seems simple but to save some of these families why not?
