One of a decent one time watchable movie. The action was fairly good but don't expect Jhon Wick. The story is unique and the plot are the key awesome point here. As the name stands it's a exterritorial US consulate so those who understand what is really stands for exterritorial some negative reviews can be avoided. Should watch this movie for one time not second :)
