If you pay attention you would know that It does manifest in fears.. in the beginning the kid wanted to be away from his family and probably felt as if he was the outcast and then finally ran into a family that he wanted all along and then his fear became reality just as he felt he was the Black sheep and bad one and they never pay attention to him, as so the baby was born it was also not paid attention to,but acted as he felt they(real family) saw him as (his fear became his reality).. They paid no mind and if you correlate that with the pacifier he had his mouth, then it only makes all the sense in the world that the baby that came out fits the narrative.. and for those who were expecting pennywise to be revealed in the first episode you know nothing about Stephen King's writings.. iT came from somewhere else..Nobody knows what iT is.. Everybody is trying to figure out what iT could be 🫣.. Lehman's term it shapeshifts & the clown was never the true identity. it presented itself as Pennywise after because kids were easier thing to lure than adults..smh. All in all I think it was a masterpiece
