I SO want to like this show - I love Julie Delpy and Elisabeth Shue and as many others have stated, I'm their main demographic for this show, late 40s and I can't relate to these women AT ALL. They all have horrible relationships with the men in their lives, act incredibly immature, seem lost and am I crazy for thinking how many women of their age have kids that young?? At one point, Elisabeth Shue states she's 55 years old and her son is what, maybe 12? I just don't find the characters relatable at all - no 4 women I know are that needy, that unsure of themselves at this point in their lives. Isn't that what our 20s and 30s are for? I'm on episode 6 and I don't think I'm going to finish watching the rest.
