Great twist on classic British whodunnit. Here our hero is brilliant in murder-solving just like we want, but also in the middle of a family mystery too which continues throughout the series. Well written and acted. A bit too much dark blue in the sets and lighting, especially at the police department, but other than that production values are spot on. Anybody who loves British murder mysteries will enjoy this.

It used to be better. Now it’s devolved to being “cutesy”. The characters are one-dimensional and the plots predictable, with corny humor thrown in to try to add some color. Every other actor save the lead has left for better parts and better writing. You should too.

Classic Jane Austen, heroine and handsome guy hate each other upon meeting. Then exquisite, slow melting of hearts. You’ll come to live inside the glances between them. Inside those glances worlds exist.
