At the heart of the podcast they want to connect with others, who feel the same as they do. It's okay to feel dejected or not to put up with someone, who doesn't act right. It's life. It happens.
The Rabbie is on his third year of dating a woman. He's expected to marry her. When she forces the issue, he decides in his heart he is not ready. The shiska and the Rabbie meet at a dinner party. They're magnets to each other.
The dynamics of both families are really what engages the viewer. Both families are intelligent and witty. The bantar is hysterical.
