I went in like the fossils who are annoyed by the changes of race and complexion in the characters.
When Halle Baily sang Apart of this World that disappeared immediately because then I started focusing on what was more important... the actual movie.
it didn't disappoint and I want to commend Halle Baily on her portrayal of Ariel. With this much pressure, she delivered.
Also, the crab Sebastian is bloody hilarious.
