I go back several years - more like many years - roughly 30 when my mentor back then handed me this little book. When I get home tonight I have to look for it - think it might be in my basement and deserves a third look. In many situations of my life I felt reminded of this book and did not get really upset. Especially today was such a day where everything went wrong, from exiting the train too early (which also lead to a double charge for the cab), broken frame of my glasses, missing my train on my way back and having to rebook the trip back at twice the charge. And honestly I feel quite relaxed. I spent so much time working on the train preparing my day tomorrow. Maybe I make myself believe that part of this is down to having studied this booklet but regardless. Whatever got me be relaxed - just don' t sweat the small stuff.
