Quite possibly the best SRPG of all time. The writing is unmatched, the characters (and their development) are incredibly well made and the fact that this was originally released back in the mid 90's is mind boggling. Since then, there were a few games that tried to emulate it's gameplay and storytelling, but honestly, nothing compares to this. The latest release, Tactic Ogre Reborn, updates the game again (being an upgrade over the remake that was released on the PSP), making it even better and more enjoyable to play. You can easily sink 300 hours in this game without seeing everything it has to offer.
