There are no spoilers ahead so read comfortably : ) Going to keep this short as, to be honest, I'm out of words and I can't really say a lot that has not been already said about Emerald Fennell's Promising Young Woman. Watch it for the story obviously and Carey Mulligan's performance. It's a knockout. I CAN'T STRESS HOW FLOORED I still am by her performance. Hardly 10 minutes in and I find myself totally involved. It's in those subtle expressions and gestures, for example when she says " She's kind of an idiot, huh? Gorgeous though. Who needs brains? They never did a girl any good. " I had the goose! In fact, that whole dialogue between Cassandra and Dean Walker is an exposé of how a large part of our society practices victim-blaming and dismisses the culprit on the pretext of " benefit of the doubt ". The film is a much-needed jab at rape culture and is so relevant in the kind of world we live in today.

it's absolutely a fun wild trip. the comedy is on point and the story holds up just fine ! great performances obviously and just an overall crazy plot

its the best show ever probably the most beautiful character developments ever and the tropes used in this show are so clever and enjoyable more than that, even after incorporating conceptually bright ideas, it never fails to be really funny and entertaining. The general theme of being meta really interests me as a TV fan Greendale is where i belong

Some movies just make you glow from within. Dirty Dancing is one of the top 5 for me. With amazing dancing, great music, and finding true love, I don't really see what's there to not like. I've seen critics talk about how the story is so predictable and cliche and lacks creativity blah blah blah, but maybe that's what it is supposed to be. Simple but engaging. Yes, the story is rather simple and predictable but it's NOT JUST ABOUT THE STORY. It's about the chemistry between Jennifer Grey and Patrick Swayze. It's about the atmosphere their performance creates and the absolute feel-good vibes. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say you're a real snob for hating a movie that spreads so much love and positivity for every generation. Stop thinking so much, life is too short to pretend you don't like Dirty Dancing. Even if you're not a romantic, this one should not be missed. ps- I can't really say much except what's already been said about the plot and themes ( like so I'm just trying to tell you that I loved this movie a lot and no one deserves to miss that feeling I felt when I watched this movie.

its very rare to come across a great drama thriller show that comes so close to perfect. every aspect has been taken care of and oh so meticulously written and executed, it just makes me cry how a show could be this strongly prepared(as strong as ms keatings defenses:P ) it has the plots, it has the drama, both going strong parallelly, and every character has been worked on, theres just no spaces, its so tightly set, and is balls out unpredictable, you think u got it but u never(EVER) do which just shows that its neither lazily written nor slackly executed this show truly murdered me by its wonder and is not getting away w it;)

thoroughly entertaining and brilliant performances cannot put in words how much it means to finally have such kind of representation on mainstream cinema, really grateful ❤ everytime i think i cannot be more proud of Ayushmann, he proves me wrong.
