perfect for summer read! Vivi is actually the vibe you didn't know you needed. if you’re someone like me who’s idea of fun summer is sitting comfortably all summer long with bunch of to-read books, then i highly recommend this one! although it’s also nice to do the adventures yourself, this book still provides every detail of a perfect summer. the beach, summer love, family. on the darker side, moving out, responsibilities, depression, and rejections. nevertheless, it’s a fun read for y'all!

When We Collided

The first two chapters didn't really piqued my interest so it was almost a week when i finished the book. But then when another timeline appeared on the following chapters, that's when it got interesting. Time traveling isn't really my cup of tea because fantasy first and foremost is not my type of genre, but this book has a touch of reality. There are a lot of remarkable lines which were also very realistic. After reading the book, I'm now looking forward to another time traveling stories to read in the next! and may i add how underrated the book is!

Saving Lucas Biggs

This is my most favorite book! Because of LFA i am now inlove with tragic stories (well partly it is tragic, but!) The thing is there's this boy who's moving out for college and thinks about seeking his great perhaps but he's the plain type, he doesn't want to get into any kind of trouble. So he meets Alaska Young, the remarkable, smart, and very beautiful alaska, eventually he fell inlove. But of course there's an incredible plot twist, something happened to Alaska and he was left dumbfounded. The only thing thats left for him now is to find out what actually happened to Alaska that one night. Basically it is a book about adventures, friends, college and it has a touch of romance and mystery. Sound interesting, yeah? i mean, this review does not even justify how really good the book is! you must read it for your own judgement xD

among all of John Green's books, this is my top 2 next to Looking for Alaska. I fell inlove with this book the moment the male protagonist started talking about stars. The title is quite unusual which makes me dive deeper just to find out what it really meant. It was quite a while when i found out (because turns out, it was a theory about the world) but i wouldnt go into details about it because truth is, there is so much more about the book that you just have to reflect to and everything in it is truly interesting.

I'm always into books that's more on adventures, and this book's truly amazing for my satisfaction. Paper town may seem overrated thats because it truly is unique from other roadtrip books. Plus the enigmatic character of Margo is very interesting and the words are so poetic. Q was really smart and its fascinating how he describes margo as a beautifully mysterious person. He's lines are truly remarkable i can even memorize it, "Margo always loved mysteries. And in everything that came afterwards, i could never stoo thinking that maybe, she loved mysteries so much that she became one." Q

"Because sometimes when you meet someone, it changes the world, theirs and yours." Holding up the universe. What i love about holding up the universe is that it isn't clichè. Well the plot is that there is this beautiful fat girl and a boy who is diagnosed with prosopagnosia, the inability to recognize faces. When their paths crossed, they felt a strong connection through each other because they understand each other. The thing that made it unique is that, unlike other books that involved a fat or ugly protagonist, Libby (the fat girl) doesn't change herself just because she was descriminated or that she was loved by Jack (the boy with prosopagnosia) she accepted herself and loved her imperfections. This is quite actually an eye opener for us to embrace our flaws. I hope u find time reading this book, it truly is inspiring.

a friend made me watch it when i heard it’s about murder. as someone who loves murder and brutality and killer i had different expectations for it. i thought it was going to be a lot more dark. as i watched, i realized how different it was. it was the unexpectedly beautiful kind of different. it has a lot more thrill of the chase, a father’s love, a family’s love and the in between of worlds. over all, it had been my favorite.

this kind of movie is what each youth needs to watch and understand. it’s consist of three different stories about youth experiencing it all growing up. regrets, grief, childhood, school, grandparents. above all, it’s a great representation of life and the challenges we take every day and how we overcome it. cliche as it may sound but truthfully, flavors of the youth is just one of the masterpieces that brought many lessons. if anything, it also drags you along to your nostalgic childhood living your life without having to fear about the future, and then not knowing each day is a step towards it. you will only realize how everything changed when people around you and the places you’ve been has changed as well. and then one moment you are already in the future you never knew would come that soon. and just realize it’s another undertaking only that, you’re all by yourself. most of all, flavors of the youth is about finding yourself again, and defying all odds.
