How did I missed this movie when it was released in 2011? I have been asking myself this question since I completed watching this movie just a while ago in Netflix. I cried and am still crying for Dexter while I am in awe of Em's love for Dex only of all the decades. (Always a huge fan of gorgeous Anne Hathaway.) The tragic plot of Em's passing and how Dex copes with it shows just how life could hit you rock bottom but you got to pick yourself up and still move on in life. The narration, script, acting etc 🫶.

My one thought was how did i miss watching this movie till now (2024). Juli Baker brought tears to my eyes. I have to give it to both lead roles for Juli Baker and Bryce. A moving, love, family and beautiful novel. 👏🏾🫶🏾
