Fandango has the worst customer services. I arrived to the wrong movie theater 15 min before the movie started. I called customer to see if they could help me correct this issue as I had a new mommy brain moment They were unable to help. Long story short my daughter and I were unable to make the movie time at the correct theater due to distance . Fandango would not exchange the tickets. Pretty disappointing Please reconsider when purchasing on Fandango
