A very typical Baz Luhrman movie. Epic and long. I agree with an earlier review, when the actor (s) playing Elvis were on the screen it was a delight, and not just because they are both beautiful and talented young people to behold. I was literally so sick of seeing Col Parker/Tom Hanks I dreaded every scene with him.
