I love the Character of Mariana Trevino aka Marisol she was so being real and I love her accent the way she speak and talk. Since I'm working as a call center and were handling Insurance plan which is M*d**care account. I was prioritize to handling spanish member and they were so kind the way they talk to us and it was gentle and soft and sometime I understand them without getting spanish Interpreter. I love her character the way she is.
