I stumbled upon this film one night and decided to give it a go. It's a cliché inspirational sports movie, but the restrained performances by both leads keeps it from getting too schmaltzy. I was surprised by how much I liked it. It was also refreshing to see Joe Manganiello and Sofia Vergara in more dramatic roles; it suits them.
