I was hooked from the start! That prologue totally grabbed me, I couldn't put it down. The story's pacing was great, and the mystery kept me guessing. I really wanted to know more about Arthur's adventures while he was away from Freya, even if it wasn't his choice. Freya's character development was awesome and believable. I loved seeing her confidence grow and how her instincts helped solve the mystery. It's a fantastic book, I totally recommend it. Even though it's a murder mystery, it's got some lighthearted moments to balance the darker stuff.
