GreyHound bus stop location site sends you to wrong place. Then they tell you it's your fault being late!
As expected,(unfortunately none refundable)
They (customer service agent Diago)refused to change modify or refund ticket.Not even to same route four hours later.
This is a standard in cities all over the country. Change stops,close stations but never correct it on line.
This is a blatant attempt to steal from their customers!!!!
Never trust them,never expect honesty from their employees
