This movie was just okay. I thought Gal Gadot’s character was a bit weak. Bring a huge Christie fan, I don’t think Poirot character was egotistical enough. And the insinuation that he was interested in the singer was off base. Any Christie fan knows he’s had only one love interest, Countess Vera Rossakoff. The scenes of Egypt were amazing.

Good movie. John Candy was great in it but the movie is more sad than funny. Poor Buck is disrespected by his brother & sister-in-law. Then his niece and then girlfriend. He’s just doing the best he can and does a good job in the end.
