Mud Dog

Saw this tonight with the wife. If I had known it was Aronofsky - the wife wanted to see it because of Butler's cherubic lips - I would have passed for theater. I'm glad I went to see it though. It was weird and very dark for a movie that surprisingly did induce guffaws every once in a long while. I felt at times like being force fed a jumble of repeating flashbacks to make sure I took notice. If you see it, you'll understand. It was entertaining, a bit overly dark and a but underwhelming. It was meh. GREAT ACTING!!! I really enjoyed the actor performances. The story was just dark and twisted with some perverse humor.
