My husband and I watched it together. We liked it, he said it was on the same vein as Sky High, and Zoom. I remember the Superhero, Owen Wilson, from Night at the Museum. It was entertaining, some nice twists, dealt with some very important social issues, and challenges. It had a great arc for the Superhero and has room for more, I would like to see a sequel.
A little cheesy yeah, but not too much.
