Where to start... IN GAME COMMUNICATION: Let's start with the communication ban system that CoD has placed in its games. Once you create an account you have to agree to 3 things, one of those is the Code of Conduct. Recently, they made a post on X (Twitter) that these bans will no longer include banter as a violation of CoC. It still does. Call of Duty, or Activision, uses AI detection software for EVERYTHING. THE ANTI-CHEAT: The Anti-Cheat doesn't work as intended at all. Ricochet Anti-Cheat is a home brewed anti-cheat that originally was a great stepping stone. But it doesn't work. At all... FAILED INTEGRITY: The amount of false promises the devs and Activision make is astounding. They want you to keep coming back with promises of an upgraded anti-cheat, with bigger and better content drops, nostalgia from guns, maps, and modes. It's a lie. They're greedy and just want you spend your money on their overpriced bundles. The only thing they fix IMMEDIATELY is the store if something is broken. AI EVERYTHING: Activision at CoD are using AI to monitor cheaters, communication, maps, and create bundles in their store. Almost nothing is genuine pieces of work anymore. It's just updated nostalgic maps (Rust, etc) and AI built new maps (Bounty, etc) UPDATES TO THE GAME: Call of Duty/Activision only update the game with ALL the big fixes on Title updates (beginning of a new season and the mid season update usually known as a "Reloaded" update). ACTIVISION AS A WHOLE: They have laid off, or fired, THOUSANDS of employees to make profit. They don't listen to the community, and when they do, the damage is already done. BO6 at its core mechanics is GREAT! Everything else, find a different FPS game or dev that actually listen to the player base and make things right, the first or second time around. FINAL THOUGHTS: I have played this franchise since MW2 2009. I love this franchise to the core of my being. But in the last 4 years, they've failed at maintain integrity, ingenuity, and over all, they're in it for the money now. Cheaters run rampant like they did in MW2019/WZ in March 2020, so many bugs and glitches, games are always unpolished, and the integrations from each main title to WZ break the game from the start to the end each year.
