My husband and I purchased this game for Oculus Quest so that we could play with our son who also has an Oculus Quest. We couldn't get into the game. It said you must have an Ubisoft account which we both had but, had no way to sign in.....we never got that far. My husband exchanged several emails with Ubisoft support and 10 different people and never got a response that was at all helpful. He contacted Oculus support and they said that it was an Ubisoft issue - so there we were in a loop of finger pointing and no one had a clue. We were lucky and had purchased through Oculus so we both have requested refunds which we are waiting for. We both have the Quest so we had to pay for it twice and we both have the same issue - they need to take responsibility for their games and make sure it works before it is touted for any system.
