I really like that there's a secret way to get a happy ending. Also, the story and characters are very well written and each design is very unique, making the characters and the environments really recognizable.
There's also so many plot twists and easter eggs in the game that don't always happen, so playing more than once is always a wonderful experience. I recommend it 3000.
