Do not buy this game. There are fundamental issues with the game making it infuriating for users.
1) I have received suspensions repeatedly dealt to me when the 6v6 matches fail to load. This has happened using a PS5 in various locations, so it is not specific to certain WiFi connectivity concerns.
After queuing for the match, the game is found, but then fails to load. After roughly 10 seconds of the screen freezing on โgame foundโ the screen will refresh and a warning message โYou are suspendedโ with a countdown timer is shown. I am currently serving a 24 hour suspension, following an hour ban yesterday for the same issue.
Itโs clear to me that there are technical issues, beyond the control of the user, but it is not clear to me why the user must be punished with suspensions.
I have previously logged several tickets with blizzard querying these suspensions (they happen with regular occurrence) and a responded to being referred to the policies. The policies should not hidden behind and the faults ought to be addressed.
I expect that, in the next few weeks of playing, I will receive a season suspension from competitive play. This is because there will undoubtedly be another reload issue, which will lead to a more severe suspension.
This game is set up such that, if you play sufficiently frequently, you will receive increasingly severe suspensions and have no recourse.
