I'm not a big fan of "war" movies but with every thing that is going on in the world today I figured maybe it would give some insight to a possible solution or maybe even a sign that this wasn't the direction we might be headed in. I honestly hope that we as Americans would not believe that the "Deliverance" mentality of this movie would depict how we as Americans feel about each other. In my every day travels around the rural areas and cities close by, I find more people are eager to help those "neighbors" who have suffered loss and lend a helping hand to those in need, as not. May God have mercy on us all if we ever reach the plateau that this movie entails.
