I was really looking forward to this movie and even dragged my friends along with me, but we were all super let down when we saw it; especially since they wanted to see Snake Eyes instead. While the concept of being stuck on a beach that ages you is super interesting, I feel like it wasn't portrayed as well as it could have been. Now, don't even get me started on the acting. It was, to put it lightly, really bad. Also, during the movie, my friends and I felt like the actors were too eagerly explaining away plotholes like why their finger nails and hair weren't growing at an accelereated rate. If I had a time machine, I would tell my past self and friends to go see Snake Eyes instead and wait for this movie to come out on Netflix or some other site. Overall, A+ for effort and the idea, but F for everything else.
