Loved this book. It’s not so long yet the author covers practically all the components & complexities that can add to a negative mindset.
I especially liked how there are tasks throughout the book, which help in guiding you to a clearer & more positive mindset.
Focusing on most of the main components we have in our lives that contribute to a negative mind.
Going through each task and putting together a plan of action, is definitely a great approach and also one I’ve not seen before in such a short personal development book.
Yes, it is a thin book, but that’s mainly because it’s not over filled with scenarios you may not even have, like I’ve found in a lot of personal help books. So perfect for those who want to change their mindsets and may not have a lot of time to set aside for reading books.
I got a more out of this book than I have with a lot of personal development books I’ve read, that have been so much longer.
